MULTIBUD is a family business existing since the mid-1990s. Initially, its form was that of an individual business activity, then a general partnership and a civil partnership. In 2011, an economic activity was registered under the name: MULTIBUD Wojciech Ciurzyński based in Warsaw. Its subject was aimed at organizing and comprehensive implementation of development investment projects. In a short time the company acquired and placed in its portfolio the right to implement eight investment projects located in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Olsztyn, Radom, Rzeszów and Kobyłka near Warsaw. The scale of expenditures necessary for the implementation of the those projects amounted to PLN 2 billion. For five of them, MULTIBUD obtained financing for its own contribution. The natural turn of things was the establishment by the business owner of further entities in the MULTIBUD Group:
- MULTIBUD INVESTMENT W.CIURZYŃSKI SA (2015);
- MULTIBUD MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o. (2015);
- MULTIBUD SERVICE Sp. z o.o. (2017);
- MULTIBUD REAL ESTATE Sp. z o.o. (2017).
In December 2017, a restructuring was carried out in the MULTIBUD Group involving the acquisition of shares in the Group companies by MULTIBUD INVESTMENT W. CIURZYŃSKI SA as the parent company.
